INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY

ADVANCED THERMAL DIAGNOSTICS FOR INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

At our company, we've incorporated infrared thermography as a key tool for predictive diagnostics, equipment inspection, and the optimization of automated processes. Thanks to this technology, we can identify faults invisible to the human eye, anticipate problems, and improve energy efficiency.

WHAT IS THERMOGRAPHY?

It is a non-invasive, non-destructive inspection technique that uses infrared cameras to detect temperature variations on surfaces. This technology enables the identification of hidden faults through temperature measurement and comparison across similar components, helping to prevent damage and optimize maintenance without interrupting system operation.

THERMOGRAPHY OF ELECTRICAL PANELS

  • Thermal inspections of panel components: cables, fuses, transformers, busbars, power supplies

  • Detection of false contacts, load imbalance and faulty components.

  • Preventive maintenance: determination of dirt, tightness, sections and working conditions (quantitative).

QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE THERMOGRAPHY (ISO 10878:2013) OL

  • Thermal, electrical, mechanical and tank and pipe inspection with optical and visual camera; preparation of reports and breakdowns of the inspections.

  • Staff certified by ITC Cat 1

  • Service failure evaluation criteria according to the client and based on the standards:

  • ISO 10880:2016-10 //neta mts-199x// astme 1934-99a // nfpa 70b

THERMOGRAPHY OF TANKS AND PIPES

  • Thermal inspection of tanks for level assessment and leak detection.

  • Inspection of piping systems to identify erosion, leaks and insulation degradation.

  • Preventive maintenance through the detection of material degradation, thickness loss and joint defects.

THERMOGRAPHY IN MACHINES

  • Thermal anomalies in motors: insulation conditions, stator, rotor and power supply quality.

  • Preventive maintenance: determining working conditions, overheating, wear and tear...

  • Friction and friction in rotating elements.
